Privacy notice

VesterBronx Powerlifting stores the details you give us (name, email, phone, date of birth, gender, DSF license number and emergency contact) to manage your membership, sign-ups for training and competitions, and payments for competition fees and the DSF license.

The data is stored in the EU and is only seen by the club's admins, approvers, coaches and treasurer. One exception: other members can see your name when you say you're coming to a club training, and your name and how far along you are (interested, wants to enter, entered) when you pick a competition. Your competition results are public on styrke.dk. We read them from there and show your best lifts, points and competition bodyweight to other members, in the club ranking and the club records. We share your name and license number with Dansk Styrkeløft Forbund when we enter you for a competition. If you ask for coaching from Mathbased Power, an admin passes your name and contact details on to them.

You can see and change your details on your profile page at any time. If you leave the club, ask an admin and we'll delete or anonymise your data, except what we must keep for accounting.
